From time to time, it’s a good idea to give your customers something they don’t have to pay for. Instead of only sending out sales pitches to the people on your list, send out newsletters every once in a while as well. You’ll risk the chance of having your emails deleted before they are even opened if you become known as someone who’s only after the sale. On the other hand, if you give them some incentive to read your emails (like a special promotion) they will be much happier to read them. When your emails focus on projects that other people are involved in, your popularity will rise even more. This shows you care about your niche and not just your bottom line and offers your customers something for free, which is always well received.

It shouldn’t be a chore to provide good customer service. In fact, good customer service should only take up a little bit of your time-if you do it correctly. When you take the extra ten or fifteen minutes you have in a day and devote it to customer service, you are assuring success with your business. These few minutes that you devote to the process will return to you in the form of thousands in repeat sales! Now that you are thinking in terms of satisfied customers, you can get to work doing these things immediately. You are going to find nothing but good comes from doing these things!
